Iishuuh! (Hello) Made by Raven is a growing skin sewing business creating garments, accessories, and jewelry, as well as Alaska Native herbal remedies. My work embodies the rich history of my ancestors with techniques that have been passed down from generation to generation, while highlighting contemporary styles. I admire the way my ancestors used the available resources, utilizing every part from skin to bone. This has inspired me to revitalize and preserve my Native way of life through creating art from local and plentiful resources.
